For Monika Bury, real estate is about more than buying or selling property—it’s about helping people find the right place for the next chapter of their lives. With more than 20 years of professional experience in Texas and a genuine love for the Hill Country, Monika brings knowledge, warmth, and personal attention to every client she serves.
As a Realtor with Fore Premier Properties, Monika helps buyers, sellers, investors, and builders navigate residential and commercial real estate throughout the Texas Hill Country. Whether you're searching for a home, preparing to sell, looking for land, exploring a commercial property, or considering an investment opportunity, her goal is to make the process clear, informed, and personal from beginning to end.
Long before real estate became her full-time career, Monika was already buying, renovating, selling, and managing rental properties. Her professional background in healthcare finance—along with a master’s degree in Healthcare and a Bachelor of Science in Finance—adds another dimension to the strategic planning, marketing, negotiation, and financial perspective she brings to her clients.
Originally from Europe, Monika feels especially at home in the beauty and character of the Texas Hill Country. She is fluent in Polish and also has a working knowledge of Russian and German, giving her the ability to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
And when Monika isn't talking real estate, there's a good chance she's moving. A former professional volleyball player for 15 years, she still brings that same energy and team spirit to everything she does. She enjoys tennis, golf, scuba diving, hiking, camping, kayaking, and biking. She also gives back through coaching girls' volleyball, teaching children's yoga, serving on the Kerrville Tennis Association Board to help raise scholarship funds for local youth, and participating in the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce.
